In addition to heading product and recipe development at Jules Gluten Free, Jules travels the country speaking to thousands of people annually, teaching cooking classes and educating and inspiring people about her no-compromise approach to living gluten-free.
She is an outspoken advocate for the gluten-free community, as well. In 2011, she built a one-ton, 11-foot tall gluten free cake to galvanize the leaders of the gluten-free community and prompt the FDA to address long-overdue gluten-free labeling regulations. She calls to the public's attention companies with less-than-good intentions or that make reckless decisions that could have very real health impacts for those living a medically necessitated gluten-free lifestyle.
Jules is a very active leader and moderator in social media circles including FaceBook, Twitter and Pinterest. She has a weekly Blog Talk Radio show on which she interviews newsmakers, reviews products, answers questions and chronicles everyday people coping as well as thriving while living gluten free.
Jules has also has written three books:
