Jules will show you how versatile her Cookie Mix is (it makes 13 different varieties of cookies, and counting), but also how easily you can convert family-favorite cookie recipes to gluten free using her All Purpose Flour. Capping a whirlwind, but tasty, tour de flour through Seattle, Jules heads up to Everett to Janell's Gluten Free Market to tackle your toughest pie questions. And give you living, look-how-easy proof that gluten-free pies can knock the socks off your holiday guests this year.
Jules will show you the versatility of her All Purpose Flour (which you can buy at Janell's!), as she whips up her grandmother's pie crust recipe using her flour cup for cup as a wheat flour replacement. Then, you get to taste it for yourself.
Jules will demonstrate mixing, rolling out and lifting the pie crust itself, baking tips, and how to turn it into one of several yummy pies. She'll also make up some oh-so-delish and oh-so-versatile graham crackers using her Graham Cracker Mix (which can also easily be made into decadent gingersnaps or graham cracker crust). And she'll look slightly past Thanksgiving to Christmas, and show you how to make gingerbread men (and maybe even her gingerbread, as in bread' recipe).
