Just made these muffins, but used 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup of pureed pumpkin, chopped dry roasted almonds, cinnamon & nutmeg, too...my son is on his second one and loves them! Totally moist and satisfying!!

This is the first Jules product I have tried so far. Baking since going GF has been challenging and results have been less than stellar so baking these muffins, I was hoping just for good muffins. I ended up with the best warm, delicious, fresh baked muffins that I never would have believed were GF if I hadn't baked them myself. I made them with applesauce and dried cranberries and they were honestly amazing! I am looking forward to trying more Jules baking!

Delicious with Chocolate Chips

Muffin mix

I made uffins today from this mix using the bananas and blueberries. This was the first time I had made these and as always, Jules has done it again. They are delicious. The aroma in my house was wonderful. It nearly drove my little dachshund crazy! But for some reason I don't have as many as I did have..........mmmmmmm I think my husband has, once again, had his paws in the container. He loves muffins, too. Thanks, Jules, for all your hard work in making cooking and eating enjoyable again.

Tried the new mix and love it for ease of use and a great timesaver, too. Appreciate that I can add my own touch by adding fruit etc. depending on what I am craving. Another great Jules product to love, So thankful for Jules and her continuing efforrts to make life and baking so much better for all of us. Always great-tasting products. No one would guess they are GF!!
