I used your cookie mix and added Trader Joe's chocolate chips. They were possibly the best chocolate chip cookies I have eaten (though it's been quite awhile since I baked the glutenous kind). Kudos to Jules!!

I have not been gluten free for a long time, less than a year really. I've poked about finding different items that are ok, or passible.. I made a batch of these cookies, with peanut butter and chocolate chips. I turned around the tray was gone! My husband (who doesn't like most gluten free foods) and son ate them as fast as I could bake them. That alone is a GLOWING review...
Thank you, thank you, thank you

Ok, I have 2 boys (only one is GF) and they are picky on their cookies. This cookie mix has been their favorite batch ever (mix or from scratch). What is nice is that one boy likes chocolate chip and the other like oatmeal raisin.....so I just made the mix and then separated into 2 bowl before mixing in CC or oatmeal & raisins. I keep the dough in the freezer and bake a fresh batch of cookies as needed. Though, unlike other GF cookies, cookies made with this mix will stay fresh for at least 3 days (I've never had any left longer than that!). You have to try this mix....it is so good and so easy!

Gluten-free chocolate chip cookies ROCK!!! |

A couple of days ago, my wife used Jules Gluten Free Cookie Mix to make chocolate chip cookies. Holy Moly they were to die for.
One "problem" is that since my two boys have Celiac Disease (I don't), she said I'm not allowed to eat any because they are "special" and only for the kids ... not fair ;)

We put the leftover cookie dough back in the fridge and as soon as the kids came home from school they asked "when can we make cookies?" It works great just keeping the dough in the fridge, plopping a dozen on a cookie sheet, yielding freshly made chocolate chip cookies in 10 minutes ... YUM.

Here's a picture of Kyle and Dirk about ready to devour yet another batch on Day 3 http://bit.ly/h9ddic
As a non Celiac, I'll often say "that was pretty good ... for glutenfree" But these chocolate chip cookies are as good as any "regular" ones.
Highly recommended,

alek

One word sums it up: Delicious! My husband, who is not celiac but a picky eater, was eating "my" cookies as fast as I was removing them from the oven! I had to scramble to hide the last batch from him! Thanks so much for creating a "normal" cookie mix.
