Use a breadmaker or a loaf pan and your oven…it’s easy and rewarding. Make it as bread sticks or dinner rolls, if you prefer. Since it’s launch last year, this versatile mix also has been our most popular.
To this mix, you will simply add:

2 Tbs. honey (or agave nectar)

1 1/4 cup plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy (use vanilla flavored yogurt for a sweeter bread)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 large eggs (or egg substitute)

Yeast Packet (included with the mix)
Mixing and baking instructions are included with each mix. The simple steps includes: 1) mix wet ingredients then stir in bread mix contents, 2) let rise in a warm location for at least 30 minutes, 3) bake for at least 1 hour (be sure to test the loaf with a cake tester or thermometer... if there is dough on the tester when pulled out, then bake for 5-10 more minutes; repeat until the bread is done).
