Great resource for gluten free holidays October 21, 2012
Reviewer: Mntngal from Smoky mountains of TN
What a wonderful magazine!  I've already starred several items I plan to try this season.  This will be my first holiday gluten free and its been a bit of a challenge with all the ingredients I've never heard of or tried before.  I've designated myself as a one woman proponent of sharing gluten free goodies to people who have never heard of it.  Today is my day to bring a choice to my church's anniversary.  I chose the Baked Sweet Potatoes and Apples on pages 26 & 27.  Somehow I couldn't imagine baked sweet potatoes without marshmallows, now I can't image spoiling this recipe by adding them.  As I try more recipes, I may have to upgrade my rating to a 5.
PS  I bought a copy for a friend who introduced me to a gluten free diet.
