Jules spent two years perfecting this patent-pending blend. She wouldn’t accept an all-purpose flour that wasn’t truly ALL purpose (she’s a tad literal). Lots of trial. Lots of error…and a dogged persistence, and, voila! -  baking bliss.  And it includes the xanthan gum (an expensive inconvenience, if you have to run out and buy it like some flours make you do).  The result: a flour you can use in the recipes you loved before going gluten free. Really. Jules wouldn’t have stopped if it didn’t work. And those first pleading people wouldn’t have pleaded so vocally for her to mix and bag it for them if they didn’t know an amazingly good thing when they saw (and tasted) it.
