Lack of fiber?! February 6, 2013
Reviewer: Patricia Turpening from Tamarac, FL United States
I am very surprised to see less than 1 gram of fiber per serving. Fiber is essential in baked goods. So many gluten free products are deficient in this necessary nutrient. Rice flours, tapioca starch, and potato starch have very little fiber if any at all. This flour may produce good-tasting baked goods but those of us who cannot eat gluten must be vigilant about insisting that our GF products contain adequate fiber. Don't settle for less. The trend now, as I've read in Living Without magazine, is to use alternative flours with higher fiber levels, such as buckwheat, garbanzo, millet, amaranth, quinoa, and brown rice.

Customer for Life! January 29, 2013
Reviewer: Jodi
Just got my first shipment of Jules' Gluten Free Flour Mix and these blueberry/banana muffins were my first attempt at baking with it.  You have a customer for life.  Even my husband, who has turned up his nose at every other gluten-free item I've baked, said these were phenomenal.  The flavor was wonderful, but the TEXTURE!!  Oh my goodness, it was so nice to have something that felt like a REAL muffin in my mouth!  And even stone cold, they were still soft and moist - unheard of in gluten free baked goods.  I'm so excited to try your bread mix now.  Thank you so much for giving me back baking. XOXO!

Chicken Noodle Soup January 21, 2013
Reviewer: Gracie Doerter from Pinetown, NC United States
Just a quick note to say how happy I am with your product.  Husband and I have been down with flu all week and really craving my grandmother's chicken noodle soup (made of course with homemade noodles).  Decided to just do the simple exchange of flour for JGF Flour - worked great.  THANKS!!!

Thanks Jules May 11, 2011
Reviewer: Dan from CA United States
My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac. I've baked my whole life and was determined to find a substitute for wheat flour. So far I have made carrot cake, baking powder biscuits, waffles and sandwich bread with amazing results using Jules gluten free flour. To have the ability to bake gluten free foods that taste as good or better (amazing carrot cake for example) has made this gluten free transition very easy. Thank you for this great product.

All Purpose Flour August 16, 2010
Reviewer: TL from Nephi, UT United States
I finally, after months of thinking about it and being skeptical, bought a 5lb bag of your flour to give it a try.  My first attempt at "normal" baking I made black bottom cupcakes...a treat I thought I'd never get to enjoy again.  The verdict: they turned out AWESOME!!!  I followed the recipe exact, didn't have to add any extras or anything.  Where it called for 3 cups of flour I used the Jules flour and it totally worked!  I shared with my family and friends and none of them could tell they were gluten free because they tasted like the original thing!  I'm so excited to finally have found this and can't wait to try out more recipes.  My only regrets are that I didn't buy this product sooner!  Thank you SO much for coming up with such an amazing gluten free flour!

Review August 6, 2010
Reviewer: Rachel Ross from Roswell, GA United States
I have a wheat allergy, not a gluten intolerance. I found Jules' Gluten Free Flour online and have really loved it. I love to bake: cookies, cakes etc. I have had great results with Jules's flour.
One thing I make that everyone LOVES is Tres Leches cake using Jules' flour. It is actually better than regular wheat flour. I follow a recipe for a regular non gf classic sponge cake, and the cake bakes up great and soaks up the sweet milk mixture perfectly. It is our family's favorite dessert (I am the only one with 'wheat' issues). I also bring it to every party and it's gobbled up super fast.
The other thing that I find invaluable about Jules' website and newsletter are the recipes and ebooks. She has them covering every occasion and even recently made one available for Back to School. Her staff is great about getting back to you with any questions. All of Jules' tips and insight make it easier for anyone gluten free to live a happier live. Thanks Jules'
Sincerely,
Rachel Ross

Amazing Flour August 6, 2010
Reviewer: Corrine H. from MD United States
Jules,

Thank you for coming up with this mixture.  I made, for the first time in 3 years, my great grandmother's banana bread recipe.  It was perfect.  I wasn't convinced that this flour was great after only one recipe, so I also baked another bread my mom made growing up.  It turned out perfectly too!  So, now I am sold on Jules GF flour blend!  I am so excited to use "normal" recipes again and have them taste good.

This is wonderful flour July 15, 2010
Reviewer: Roberta from Mechanicsburg, PA United States
I've been on a gluten free diet for almost 5 years and was using another brand of "all purpose gluten free" flour until I discovered Jules' products. No more gritty rice flour and bread that dries out soon after baking it!  I am a registered dietitian who counsels pts new to the GF diet and always recommend they visit the website and purchase your products and try your recipes.

Outstanding product July 15, 2010
Reviewer: Cybele Owen from Dulles, VA United States
I can't say enough about this flour. I have made many of Jules' recipes. There really isn't anything I can't eat or make thanks to Jules' flour. From cookies to graham crackers to biscuits to pot stickers (peirogy recipe), any baked good is possible. It is so easy to work with...Jules has taken the guesswork out of gluten free baking. Thank you so much for putting out such a great product and providing wonderful support!
