A dream come true! May 8, 2013
Reviewer: Tami from Silver Spring, MD United States
I jut made this bread for the first time tonight and am so in love!  I was nervous because my bread machine doesn't have a dedicated Gluten-Free setting, though the machine instructions said to use the "basic" setting for GF.  It took a lot longer than Jules says to cook for- the setting was about 3.5 hours, but it came out perfect! It is the best textured bread I have had since going GF.  Just AMAZING!

Easy to make and it tastes great! March 26, 2013
Reviewer: Terry Wood from Glenshaw, PA United States
This bread is SO easy to make.  It takes far less time to make than whole wheat bread!  I have been making a loaf every week for a year now and it always comes out great every time.

Because you make it yourself, it's so much better than store bought breads, which are often stale or crumble to pieces.  Jules' bread has the best texture and taste of any that I've found.

If you've given up on gluten free bread, you really need to try Jules' bread mix.  There's nothing like having freshly baked bread again!  How I missed it before I discovered this web site!

Amazing! March 26, 2013
Reviewer: Heather
I have to say I was skeptical about your products. I've spent a lot of money on GF products that I do not like at all. I made your bread and cookies this weekend and have to say I am AMAZED! I haven't had a GOOD chocolate chip cookie since going gluten free. And to have a soft slice of bread well..let's just say I teared up a little. I cannot wait to try more GF yumminess with your products. Thank you so much Jules.

I made the bread today and it came out PERFECTLY in the bread pan!  Absolutely delicious!  I couldn't even stop eating it and I don't need to eat gluten free (my picky 9 yo does and he LOVED it!)!

Loved it! February 22, 2013
Reviewer: Andrea P. from Holly Springs, NC
Just used your bread mix to make my first loaf of bread, EVER! It has a nice crunchy outside and a soft, moist inside. My 3 yr old and I loved it, will see what the others say later. I've been using your all purpose and love it too, no one can tell the difference. Thanks!!!

Fresh baked bread February 12, 2013
Reviewer: Jennifer H.
Jules Gluten Free bread mix can be baked in the oven or using a bread machine (instructions on the website). The bread contains healthful gluten-free flours that come together to create a loaf of bread whose fragrance makes the whole house smell wonderful while it is baking. My bread didn't rise during the 30 minutes allotted, so we were surprised that the baked loaf doubled in size in the oven. It just tastes like regular bread with a crunchy crust that doesn't crumble when the bread is cut. The bread itself is moist and has large air pockets and the best part is we made it fresh at home and it was easy.

Perfect! January 15, 2013
Reviewer: Suzy Bruce from Pagosa Springs, CO United States
I made my first Bread Mix Loaf today in my bread machine,on the Gluten Free Cycle.  Turned out perfect!  Cannot tell the difference between this gluten free bread and regular gluten bread!  I have made bread with your Gluten Free Flour, but I like this better because it has healthy grains in it.  Do you have a recipe on your site with whole grains, using your flour?

Great taste and texture! December 20, 2012
Reviewer: Jen from Louisville, KY United States
I purchased 6 bread mix packages and made my first loaf yesterday. After reading the list of items needed to bake a loaf, I realized I didn't have any yogurt.  I did have 2% milk so I tried using that. With my stand mixer, I combined the ingredients and poured the mixture into a greased bread pan. The mixture didn't rise as much as I thought it should, rising not quite to the top of the pan, but  it did rise nicely while baking. After an hour I used a cake tester to check to see if it was done.  It was!  I let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes and then turned it out to cool the rest of the way on a cake rack.  Since my husband is my guinea pig, I gave him the first slice and he said it was really good! I couldn't believe the texture!  It was soft like regular bread and the taste was superb!  Most of the gluten free bread I've baked in the past had a very dense texture which I don't care for. Next I will try using yogurt to compare. I highly recommend giving this mix a try!
