Got the recipe book and so far have only made the buttermilk biscuits - but I had to write to say they are AMAZING! Wanted to try the recipe early to make sure they would be good for Thanksgiving. These biscuits taste like regular biscuits! They have a great butter flavor, are not dry and crumbly, and stayed that way even after cooling off. I can't wait to try all the other recipes in the ebook!!
