We told the grandkids that Grandpa was making "Grammy" crackers. I mixed and chilled.........he rolled and cut. They were very good, really crispy like a graham. Some got sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar. The others are made into a pie crust, waiting for the pudding filling to chill. I am not worried how it will taste because I haven't been able to quit eating the whole grahams. I haven't had a graham cracker for 2 years, and these seem even better than the ones I remember. I made my Jules grahams with butter and honey.

Our celiac family is so excited that this graham cracker mix tastes so much like graham crackers!  We rolled them out and sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on them.  We used them for s'mores and were so happy not to be left out at the bonfire!
