I used Jules cake mix for the first time to make cupcakes instead of a layered cake. Needless to say, they were so good. How good, you ask........so good that my husband (who is not g-f) ate three as soon as I took them out of the oven! We're talking about a picky eater here. If they hadn't been good, believe me, he would not have eaten them. I finally banned him from the kitchen. Jules, thank you so very much for all you have done & continue to do for the gluten free world. You are such a blessing to us. I truly hope you know how much we appreciate you.

We tried your new cake mix this week (we've been using your flour for 3 years), put some chocolate chips in it and its amazing, even my non-gluten free kid said "wow that is sooo good!" Thanks for all you do for families with celiac!

Smells Good!

My wife made a "yellow cake" tonight for my daughter's birthday tomorrow. It sure does make the house smell wonderful! It came out of the oven looking great. We can't wait to try it! This really feels like I finally have my life back. Or at least a good part of it. Thanks again Jules!

Thanks a Million. I just tried the cake mix that came in our first order back in the fall. It was amazing - not sure why it took so long to try. I was impressed with the fact that it baked up like traditional cake. Never could tell It was gluten free. Those who are not gluten free couldn't believe the taste.
