Description Customer Testimonials

Fresh, hearty gluten-free bread just got easy! This simple bread mix makes delectable, moist sandwich bread like you remember...
  • Moist, aromatic bread you make FRESH at home
  • Use a bread machine OR an oven
  • Made with whole grains parents love and kids won’t notice
  • No funny aftertaste
  • Mix includes yeast packet
  • Easily makes dinner rolls, too!
To this mix, simply add:
  • 2 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
  • 1 1/4 cup plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy (use vanilla flavored yogurt for a sweeter bread)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large eggs or egg substitute
  • yeast packet (included with the mix)

Mixing and baking instructions are included with each mix. The simple steps to make bread include: 1) mix wet ingredients then stir in bread mix contents, 2) let rise in a warm location for at least 30 minutes, 3) bake for at least 1 hour (be sure to test the loaf with a cake tester or thermometer... if there is dough on the tester when pulled out, then bake for 5-10 more minutes; repeat until the bread is done).

Use this  mix for hamburger buns: just follow Jules’ recipe with step-by-step photos on her blog!

A dream come true! May 8, 2013
Reviewer: Tami from Silver Spring, MD United States
I jut made this bread for the first time tonight and am so in love!  I was nervous because my bread machine doesn't have a dedicated Gluten-Free setting, though the machine instructions said to use the "basic" setting for GF.  It took a lot longer than Jules says to cook for- the setting was about 3.5 hours, but it came out perfect! It is the best textured bread I have had since going GF.  Just AMAZING!

Easy to make and it tastes great! March 26, 2013
Reviewer: Terry Wood from Glenshaw, PA United States
This bread is SO easy to make.  It takes far less time to make than whole wheat bread!  I have been making a loaf every week for a year now and it always comes out great every time.

Because you make it yourself, it's so much better than store bought breads, which are often stale or crumble to pieces.  Jules' bread has the best texture and taste of any that I've found.

If you've given up on gluten free bread, you really need to try Jules' bread mix.  There's nothing like having freshly baked bread again!  How I missed it before I discovered this web site!

Amazing! March 26, 2013
Reviewer: Heather
I have to say I was skeptical about your products. I've spent a lot of money on GF products that I do not like at all. I made your bread and cookies this weekend and have to say I am AMAZED! I haven't had a GOOD chocolate chip cookie since going gluten free. And to have a soft slice of bread well..let's just say I teared up a little. I cannot wait to try more GF yumminess with your products. Thank you so much Jules.

I made the bread today and it came out PERFECTLY in the bread pan!  Absolutely delicious!  I couldn't even stop eating it and I don't need to eat gluten free (my picky 9 yo does and he LOVED it!)!
